Internet Payment
- Payments are for prearranged trips ONLY.
- All reservations must be arranged over the phone.
- This payment does not include gratuity. Passengers usually give graduity directly to drivers.
Cancellation Policy
- Refunds only given with a minimum 3 hour advance notice.
- A $20 non-refundable processing fee will be charged for any cancellation.
- No shows are determined by the driver at the airport with confirmation from the dispatcher after a 1 hour waiting period.
